This purchase is for a Permanent Jewelry appointment during the Pop-Up Shop on Monday, September 23rd at Modern Office Connections. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, choose your chain and fill out paperwork. If you plan to get more than one piece of jewelry, please purchase the appropriate number of time slots. For example, if you want two bracelets, please purchase two time slots.
The $10 booking fee will go towards your jewelry total.
If you do not show up to your appointment, you forfeit your $10 booking fee. No refunds or rescheduling. You also must show up 15 minutes early or you may lose your time slot.

To extend the life of your apparel, we HIGHLY recommend washing inside out, in cold water, with no fabric softener. It's also best to hang dry or dry with no heat.
